Costanoreste Lanzarote Surf and kitesurf School was founded in 1997 with two simple ideas in mind: to offer our guests an unforgettable surf experience in Canarias and to act as a link for the big Surf, Kite surf, Windsurf, Snowboard and Skateboard community. A few years later, we added the Kiteboarding division to our school (IKO Centre #270).

Throughout the years, a lot of surfers, kiters, snowboarders, skateboarders, windsurfers and all kinds of people from all over the world and walks of life, have chosen the CostaNoroeste Lanzarote Surf Camp to safely learn kitesurfing or surfing in Lanzarote, Canarias.

The 6 km long beach of Famara and its predominant northeast winds provide a unique location to safely practice surf and Kitesurfing in Canary Islands. Join us in beautiful Famara beach (inside Famara Natural Park) and learn or improve your surf or kitesurf skills at our Lanzarote surfing & kitesurf school in Famara with professional and certified local Surf & IKO Kite instructors. We promise to make your first surfing or Kitesurfing in Lanzarote experience; safe, exciting, memorable, fun and successful.

Lanzarote island is located off the coast of North Africa and boasts consistent surf and warm, clear water. Our main offices  are in our surf shop right in the center of Caleta de Famara, 30 meters from a spectacular 6 km sand beach on the Northwest coast of Lanzarote, Canary Islands. 

The Costa N-Oeste Surf & Kitesurfing School in Lanzarote offers surf programs for beginner to advanced surfers and kiteboarders. Whether you have never surfed or kitesurfed before and have always dreamed of learning, or if you just want to improve your existing skills, our coaches will help you realise your goals.
